முதுநிலை ஆசிரியர் தகுதித் தேர்வு: தமிழ்ப் பாடத்துக்கு மறுதேர்வு நடத்த உத்தரவு

முதுநிலை ஆசிரியர் தகுதித் தேர்வில் பிழையான தமிழ்க் கேள்வித் தாளில் மறு தேர்வு நடத்த சென்னை உயர்நீதிமன்ற மதுரை கிளை உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது.

கடந்த 21.7.2013ல் நடந்த ஆசிரியர் தகுதித் தேர்வு தமிழ் தேர்வை மாநிலம் முழுதும் 32 ஆயிரம் பேர் எழுதினர். இதில் சுமார் 8 ஆயிரம் பேர் வரை குரூப் பி-யில் பிழையான கேள்வித் தாள் இருந்ததாகவும், அதில் 40 மதிப்பெண்கள் வரை இருந்த பிழையான கேள்வித் தாளால் தங்கள் வாய்ப்பு பறிபோனதாகவும் கூறி, இதற்காக மறு தேர்வு நடத்த வேண்டும், அல்லது முழு மதிப்பெண் இதற்கு வழங்க வேண்டும் என்று வலியுறுத்தி மதுரை கோ.புதூரைச் சேர்ந்த விஜயலட்சுமி என்பவர் சென்னை உயர்நீதிமன்ற மதுரை கிளையில் மனு தாக்கல் செய்தார்.,

இந்த மனு மீதான விசாரணை நீதிபதி எஸ்.நாகமுத்து முன்னிலையில் நடைபெற்று வந்தது.

இதில், மறு தேர்வு நடத்த செவ்வாய்க் கிழமை இன்று நீதிபதி உத்தரவிட்டார்.

அரசுத் தரப்பில் ஆஜரான தலைமை வழக்குரைஞர் சோமையாஜி,

மறு தேர்வு நடத்த கால அவகாசத்துடன் நேரம் அதிகமாகும் என்பதால், 40 மதிப்பெண்களை நீக்கி விட்டு மீதத்துக்கு கணக்கில் கொள்ளலாம் என்றும், அல்லது 40 மதிப்பெண்களை போனஸ் மதிப்பெண்ணாகக் கொடுக்கலாம் என்றும் ஆலோசனை கூறினார். ஆனால் இந்த ஆலோசனைகளை நீதிபதி ஏற்க மறுத்துவிட்டார்.

4 மாதிரி பிரிவு வினாத்தாள் தயாரிக்கப்பட்டது, இதில்1 பிரிவில் மட்டுமே பிழையான வினாத்தாள் இருந்துள்ளது. இந்த வினாத்தாள் அனைத்துமே பிழை என்றால் அரசின் பரிந்துரைகளை ஏற்கலாம் ஆனால் ஒரு பிரிவு மாணவர்களுக்கு மட்டுமே என்பதால் பாதிப்பு கணக்கிடப் படும்.

எனவே, இந்த உத்தரவு கிடைத்த 6 வாரங்களுக்குள் மறு தேர்வு நடத்த வேண்டும்.

இதற்காக, ஏற்கெனவே பயன்படுத்திய பழைய நுழைவுச் சீட்டையே பயன்படுத்திக் கொள்ளலாம்; அல்லது அதனை இணையத்தில் இருந்து டவுன்லோடு செய்து பயன்படுத்திக் கொள்ளலாம். புதிய விண்ணப்பமும் பெறத் தேவையில்லை என்றார் நீதிபதி

Missed the selection in Last year pg trb 2011-12 by 1 mark becos of cv 2 called & expected 2nd list upto may 10th 2013. But govt suddenly called new call for by neglecting cv called. In this trb pg tam 2012-13, worked hard and scored 110 expected in OC GENERAL. But the court stayed and simply cancelled the exam. Though with utmost interest and knowledge, mind cant prepare to write re exam.

Oru sirandha tamil asiriyanai indha kalvithurai ilakkiradhu. Ranamaana manadhodu potti therva?? Wait for govt and trb reply about court judgement.

I think govt and trb wil appeal for further judgement.

IN HIS JUDGEMENT JUSTICE NAGAMUTHU ALSO MENTIONED THE HARD WORK NEED FOR THIS TRB EXAMINATION...AND FEEL THAT NO OTHER SOLUTION OTHER THEN RE EXAMINATION SHOULD MAKE DISCRIMINATION TO THE CANDIDATES APPEARED FOR THE EXAM. HENCE HE ORDERD TO RE EXAM.

In the examination hall, come out of yourself & think about your mind. How much pressure it feels...

Preparation for exam forgetting ourselves with lots of books for 3 months without wasting single minute ended with a thickest drop of tears.

Giving the same pressure for the 3rd time irritates & to b feel on thorns. Unwanted game was gone between the court & trb. All played well in many lives of tamil pg candidates. Lots of thanks to them .

Only bcos of self satisfaction i had tried for the 2nd time with full efforts in pg tam. But many frnds with sleepless nights thrown away from private schls waits that their life path wil b turned today flowery even though they scored higher than 105 marks nearer to general OC.

But court throws still more thorns infront of them. With confidence all of u, cross that thorns and face re exam. Congrates to all.

My 110+3 additional key marks+1 seniority marks=104 marks gone mere waste as a leaf shed down.

Anybody knows about govt & trb's idea on today's judgement abt re exam do update here.

( also having an idea of higher appeal if 5 to 10 higher scorers join together if trb didnt appeal for further judgement. Court stayed tamil pg for the candidate who scored just 65 marks. Why cant the bench remove that judgement if 70% of hardworkers affected by that justice if 5 to 10 higher scorers appeal further within a week)

அனைத்து முதுகலைப் பட்டதாரி தமிழாசிரியர் போட்டித் தேர்வர்களுக்கு, நடந்தவற்றில் உங்கள் குறை என்று எதுவுமில்லை. நான்கு வினாத்தாள் வரிசையில் ஒன்று மட்டும் பழுதென்பதால் ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரியத்திற்கும் இது கையறு நிலை. உண்மையான உழைப்பு என்றும் வீணாவதில்லை. வெள்ளத்தால் அழியாத்தும், வெந்தனலால் வேகத்ததும், கள்வர்களால் கவரமுடியாததுமான கல்விச்செல்வம் நம்மிடம் இருக்கும் வரை கவலையில்லை. பல்லாண்டுக் கனவும் அதற்கான அயராத உழைப்பும் நம்மிடம் இன்னும் வற்றிவிடவில்லை என்பதை எதிர்வரும் மறுதேர்வில் திசையெட்டும் அதிர்முழங்கச் சொல்வோம், மறுதேர்வை மாறுகால் மாறுகை வாங்குவோம் என சூளுரைப்போம்.

முதுகலை தமிழ் ஆசிரியர் தேர்வை ரத்து செய்து, உயர்நீதிமன்றம்,மதுரை கிளை உத்தரவிட்டிருப்பதை அடுத்து,டி.ஆர்.பி., அதிகாரிகள்,இன்று (அக் 2) காலை ஆலோசனை நடத்துகின்றனர்.

ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரியம், அரசு மேல்நிலைப்பள்ளிகளில், 2,881 முதுகலை ஆசிரியர்பணியிடங்களை நிரப்ப, ஜூலை, 21ல், போட்டித்தேர்வை நடத்தியது. 1.67 லட்சம் பேர், தேர்வை எழுதினர்.

விடைத்தாள்கள் அனைத்தும் மதிப்பீடு செய்யப்பட்டு, தேர்வுப் பட்டியலை வெளியிட,டி.ஆர்.பி., தயாரான நிலையில், தமிழ்பாடகேள்வித்தாளில, 47 கேள்விகள், பிழையுடன் இருந்ததாககூறி, மதுரையைச் சேர்ந்த தேர்வர், உயர் நீதிமன்றம்,மதுரை கிளையில் வழக்கு தொடர்ந்தார். இந்த வழக்கில்,நேற்று தீர்ப்பு கூறப்பட்டது. சர்ச்சைக்குரிய தமிழ் பாட தேர்வை, ரத்து செய்து, புதிதாக, வேறு தேர்வை நடத்தகோர்ட் உத்தரவிட்டது.

இதையடுத்து, கோர்ட் தீர்ப்பின்படி, தமிழ் பாடதேர்வர்களுக்கு, புதிய தேர்வை நடத்துவதா, அல்லது,மேல் முறையீடு செய்வதா என்பது குறித்து விவாதிக்க,டி.ஆர்.பி., அதிகாரிகள், ஆலோசனை இன்று ( அக் 2)காலை நடத்துகின்றனர். இந்த விவகாரம் குறித்து, தமிழக அரசின் ஆலோசனையை பெற்று, அதனடிப்படையில், முடிவு எடுக்கப்படும் என,துறை வட்டாரங்கள் தெரிவித்தன.

டி.ஆர்.பி., எந்தமுடிவை எடுத்தாலும், முதுகலை தமிழ் ஆசிரியர்பணி நியமனம், தள்ளிப்போகும். பிளஸ் 1, பிளஸ் 2 மாணவர்கள், பாதிக்காத வகையில்,காலி பணியிடங்களை உடனடியாக நிரப்ப நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்பட்டது. எனினும், தற்போதையசூழல் காரணமாக, தமிழ் ஆசிரியர் நியமனம், தள்ளிப்போகும் நிலை ஏற்பட்டுள்ளது

As per darwin theory, survival of the fittest, VALIYATHU VAALUM.

So, dear high scorers of pg tamil above 100 or 105 - atleast gather nearly 5 to 10 members for further appeal.

70% of the hardworkers energy made waste by the judgement. Giving sol to B series is the better judgement to b given by madurai hc. But a single judge analysing a single B series candidate conversation, cancelled totally exam. Madurai not thought about the 70% of the hardworkers r forced to take one more exam.

No body has right to change our fate. No time to cry like a baby. Think wise dear toppers.

Even we get top in future re exam, who have the right to waste our hardwork shed for last exam?..

We shall wait for one more day to know the idea of trb officials discussing with govt whether they re appeal for further or simply follow the judgement & announce the exam date.

My opinion is govt hav no time to conduct re exam & they will appeal & publish pg tam result along with all-since many hr sec schools r without or with single pg tam staffs.

Who thinks the position of 11th, 12th students life for last 4 months frm schl opening!

Govt thinks that - Rather giving sol to mistaken qns, not wasting the hardwork of all series candidates-conducting re exam wastes the precious time of some more 2 to 3 months upto dec for present 12th students education.

So, we all pray for trb's further appeal (if not by trb we higher scorers should appeal) & quick +ve judgement & result among other pg subjects.

I request everyone not to file a case against this court decision.This judgement is very correct.
Even though it's not our mistake.
Appealing again and again will not bring a good solution... We have to think of the series B candidates in Tamil.......
If u r appealing again to this judgement,It seems that u r afraid of writing the exam again. High marks scorer will surely score more than this mark, not low marks.
But for B series all r scoring low marks only....That's not fair. so please don't appeal again.....
Within that time u can prepare for the upcoming exam! So Start preparing and get good marks!

ஆசிரியர் தகுதித் தேர்வு முடிவுகள் பத்து நாட்களுக்குள் வெளியாக வாய்ப்புள்ளதாக ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரியம் தெரிவித்துள்ளது.
கடந்த ஆகஸ்ட் மாதம் 17 மற்றும் 18-ம் தேதிகளில் நடத்தப்பட்ட இந்ததேர்வை,சுமார் ஐந்து லட்சம் பேர் எழுதினர். இதற்கான விடைகள் ஆகஸ்ட் மாதம் 27-ம் தேதி வெளியிடப்பட்டன.
அந்த விடைகளுக்கு சுமார் இரண்டாயிரத்திற்கும் மேற்பட்டோர் ஆட்சபனை தெரிவித்ததையடுத்து வல்லுநர் குழு ஆய்விற்கு பிறகு அதில் சில மாற்றங்களும் செய்யப்பட்டிருப்பதாக ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரிய வட்டாரங்கள் தெரிவித்துள்ளன. மாற்றங்களுடன் கூடிய புதிய விடைகளும் முடிவுகளும் சேர்த்தே வெளியிடப்படும் என்றும் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

தகுதித்தேர்வில் தேர்ச்சி பெறுவது கட்டாயம்: மெட்ரிக் பள்ளி ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு சிக்கல்

திண்டுக்கல்: அனைத்து ஆசிரியர்களும், 2016 க்குள், தகுதித்தேர்வில் தேர்ச்சி பெற்றிக்க வேண்டுமென, மெட்ரிக் பள்ளிகள் இயக்குனரகம் உத்தரவிட்டதால், தனியார் பள்ளிகளுக்கு சிக்கல் ஏற்பட்டுள்ளது.

கட்டாய கல்வி உரிமைச் சட்டத்தில், பள்ளிகளில் 10 ம் வகுப்பு வரை, தகுதித்தேர்வில் தேர்ச்சி பெற்ற ஆசிரியர்களை மட்டுமே நியமிக்க வேண்டும் எனவும், 2010 ஆக., 23 க்கு பிறகு, நியமனம் பெற்ற ஆசிரியர்கள் 5 ஆண்டுகளுக்குள் தகுதித் தேர்வில் தேர்ச்சி பெற வேண்டுமெனவும் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

இதை, ஏற்கனவே பள்ளிக் கல்வித்துறை செயல்படுத்தியதால், அரசு மற்றும் உதவிபெறும் பள்ளிகளின் 2 ஆயிரத்திற்கும் மேற்பட்ட ஆசிரியர்கள் பாதிக்கப்பட்டனர்.
இந்நிலையில், 2016 க்குள் மெட்ரிக் பள்ளிகளின் ஆசிரியர்களும், தகுதித் தேர்வில் தேர்ச்சி பெற்றிருக்க வேண்டுமென, இயக்குனரகமும் உத்தரவிட்டது. இதனால், பல தனியார் பள்ளிகளுக்கு சிக்கல் ஏற்பட்டுள்ளது.

தனியார் மெட்ரிக் பள்ளி நிர்வாகி ஒருவர் கூறுகையில், "ஏற்கனவே, தகுதித் தேர்வில் தேர்ச்சி பெற்ற சில ஆசிரியர்கள், அரசு பள்ளிக்கு சென்று விட்டனர். வருங்காலங்களிலும், தகுதித் தேர்வில் தேர்ச்சி பெறும் ஆசிரியர்கள் அரசு பணிக்கு தான் செல்வர் , தனியார் பள்ளியை விரும்ப மாட்டார்கள். இதனால், தனியார் பள்ளிகளை நடத்துவதில் சிக்கல் ஏற்படும்" என்றார்.

Nobody have the right to scold others comment as non sense. Each and every real hardworker wil participate in the thickest drop of tears felt after judgement as re exam.

No fingers r needed to wipe the sorrow. We wil come up with new leaf. Only the utmost hardwork shed for last exam withers waste. But it moulded us better. But we have the right to ask fruits for that hardwork. Dont we have that?

We r waiting for trb's next move as they announce as re appeal or exam date. Only the candidate who didnt work hard & scored better in last exam or didnt even understood the minor spelling errors which could b easily identified by just 5th std tamil student.

But one thing if re exam announced unfortunately, even after appeal - we will double our hardwork with old synergy & reach max heights in selection list. Thank u frnd for boosting us...

Even one re appeal with proper conversations can change the old judgement. It happened in many ednl writs like 1 year double degree English b.t promotion last yr....

If reap peal by any body or board , result will be delay.some friends told that Thursday filed reap peal in Chennai high court.if it is true means result we can expect after one week.

Without re exam & acceptable better solution to B series candidates not affecting all the series wil b expected as further judgement.

The teachers of tamizhnadu always have the problem in facing the competitive exams,they always approach the court. A teacher my friend appeared in the exam and attempted all the questions 100% but 95 questions were right and he is selected as teacher. Imagine the quality of the teacher and how his students will be.Out of the 95 right questions to his knowledge he has only 36 questions were right.The rest 114 questions he had blindly marked.How can any one expect the quality .
There should be negative marks for wrong answers .
Then only we will get quality teachers.
So for at least 40 years from now god only can save the education system of tamilnadu.
Only negative mark system can save tamilnadu.
The results of all the exams conducted by TRB is a proof to the above.
